* A full 8" of lift provided by our 2.5" Dirt Logic Coilover Conversion for the front and replacement rear coils gives clearance for 37" tires. 5/16"-wall DOM extended length tubular front, castor-adjustable "radius arms" with our massive 2 5/8" rotational urethane joints at pivot points. 5/16"-wall DOM extended rear lower arms with 2 5/8" rotational urethane joints at both ends and upper "tri-link" wishbone uses our 2 5/8" rotational urethane bushings at the frame ends and pivots in our massive axle truss and pivot assembly on a 1" Teflon-lined chromoly spherical bearing at the axle end. Our rotational urethane joints are greasable and offer easy articulation without the noise or harshness of a heim joint, with the added benefit of lower cost in maintenance and rebuild. The Crawler System's arms utilize the factory axle brackets (no secondary brackets to come loose or break), our exclusive weld-on gusset is installed on the problematic passenger side front-upper axle pivot, and our weld-on rear shock relocation brackets utilize the lower arm pivot bolt, gusseting the OE arm pivot brackets. The arms pivot-points at the frame ends are built into our high-clearance replacement crossmember/trans-pan, placing the upper and lower arms into the correct length-to-pivot geometry for unparalleled, non-binding articulation and drivability. Bolted to the bottom of our replacement crossmember is our 3/8" thick high density plastic skid pan to slide over rocks instead of hanging up on them - an industry exclusive, this protects the entire underside of our crossmember/trans-pan. Our oversized quick-disconnect front swaybar links with urethane bushings offer hassle-free disconnect and reconnect. Extended rear swaybar links with urethane bushings mount to our rear axle truss assembly for a cleaner installation and the elimination of loose OE brackets. Our drop pitman arm brings the draglink down to minimize the angle for greater steering control and retains maximum turning radius. Front and rear urethane bump-stops with extension blocks to prevent shock bottoming during extreme suspension compression. Frame-mounted trackbar and support brackets with exclusive double-shear mounting tabs for our adjustable front trackbar matches draglink-to-trackbar geometry, minimizing brake/torque-steer for enhanced highway drivability. The trackbar in the rear is eliminated as the "tri-link" wishbone upper arm keeps the axle perfectly centered under the rear throughout articulation. Stainless-steel braided DOT front and rear brake lines installed for proper length and increased braking pressure. Grade 8 hardware installed where needed.
